Our Services

Developmental Editing
This is the first stage of the editing process which places an emphasis on improving the structure and consistency of the manuscript. It focuses on the tone and style of writing, the flow and choice of words, in order to improve the flow of text, ensuring its readability and conciseness.

Copyediting
Focuses on polishing up the manuscript; this process pays much attention to grammar, spelling and punctuation to
make sure the manuscript is free of errors.

Proofreading
This stage also focuses on grammar and spelling once copyediting has been completed. In this stage of manuscript
editing, the manuscript is thoroughly read by proof-readers to spot any missed errors and inconsistencies.

Typesetting
The process where your manuscript is prepared for printing. It involves the selection of fonts, setting up of margins and page sizes, spacing, layout and formatting of pages, page numbers, headers (placement of chapter titles), and indents. During this process, we would format the first few pages of the book and ask for your feedback as to whether you approve and would like for us to continue.

Book Cover Design
If you are interested in having us design your book cover (front and back), a consultation would be organised to give
you the opportunity to propose the vision for your book cover. You would explain the vision and concept you have in mind, in order for us to meet up to your expectations.

Accountability Plans
This service is available to clients who feel they would need that push to meet their writing targets and deadlines. We
would work on creating a bespoke plan tailored to your life schedule and put measures in place to guarantee you meet your goals. The length of the accountability plan can be discussed during consultation.
